Earn merit badges and belt loops

Attention parents, guardians, scouts, and leaders of Scouts BSA, Girl Scouts, and American Heritage Girls!

We can help scouts expand their hobby, earn a belt loop or achieve a merit badge.

The Stamp Discovery Education Program holds two Scout BSA stamp collecting merit badge workshops each year. The merit badge can be earned this same day. Request that the Scout leader call Education Director Lisa Dembowski at education@phftucson.org (preferred method of communication) or call 520-623-6652 x102.

Scouts are encouraged to write us letters asking for stamps needed to help fulfill the merit badge requirement. The envelope should be addressed to: Stamp Discovery, Postal History Foundation, 920 N. 1st Ave., Tucson, AZ 85719

We also welcome other scout groups. Stamp Discovery will provide materials, activities, and stamps to help meet requirements or improve stamp collecting skills.

Scout troops from all over the country may request stamps and basic literature for completion of badges or other requirements. Shipping charges may apply. Please email Lisa at education@phftucson.org (preferred method of communication) or call 520-623-6652 x102 for more information.
