Archival collections at the Slusser Library

The Archives Collection, housed in the Slusser Library, contains three sub-collections: Manuscript, Photograph, and Civil War. The Manuscript and Photograph collections contain items from our main collection areas, while the Civil War collection is kept as a promise to the Slusser family and in gratitude for their generous donation that paid for the library building’s construction.

All the collections may be viewed on-site in the Slusser Library reading room. The collections are cataloged as part of our library’s holdings and are among the results in a catalog search. The archives are a part of the Slusser Library.
